At IronFist MMA, our boxing program is designed to teach you proper technique, footwork, defense, and offensive combinations. Whether your goal is competition, fitness, or self-defense, our coaches will guide you through every step of your journey.

Our program is structured to accommodate all skill levels, from complete beginners to experienced fighters looking to sharpen their skills.

BEGINNER
Fundamentals Program

Learn basic stances, footwork, punches (jab, cross, hook, uppercut), and defensive techniques.

INTERMEDIATE
Skill Development

Advanced combinations, defensive strategies, sparring fundamentals, and conditioning.

ADVANCED
Competition Training

Sparring sessions, fight strategy, advanced footwork, and competition preparation.

Boxing Techniques & Skills

Master the fundamental and advanced techniques of boxing with our structured curriculum.

Footwork

Learn proper stance, pivoting, angles, and movement to control distance and positioning in the ring.

Punching

Master the 6 basic punches (jab, cross, lead hook, rear hook, lead uppercut, rear uppercut) with proper form.

Defense

Develop defensive skills including slipping, bobbing & weaving, parrying, blocking, and counter-punching.

Strategy

Learn fight strategy, ring generalship, combination setting, and adapting to different opponents.
